Life is like a watermelon. Sweet. But you have to spit out the seeds. 3 different juices. 🍉🍉🍉 Far left is 2 stalks of celery, 2 cups of watermelon, 2" ginger. Middle is half of a watermelons n and 1/2 lemon. Right is 2 cups watermelon, 1 cucumber, 2 apples. Stress Reliever: 2 green apples, a bunch of spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1 stalk celery, 1/4 lemon, 1/2" ginger (optional). Un-beet-able: 1 beet,3 carrots, 1 Apple, 1" ginger & 3 cups of leafy green (I used spinach) Orange-ade: 10 oranges , 1/2 lemon 8oz mason jar. Fill from bottom to top: A handful of blueberries. 4oz blueberry pomegranate yogurt. 1 spoon of whip cream. 2oz blueberry pomegranate yogurt. 1/4 piece of blueberry cereal bar. 1/2 spoon whip cream. Rest of of the yogurt. Place in 8oz mason jar in this order: (bottom to top) 1/2 sliced banana 4oz out of 6oz.
