01.21.15 Ingredients: 1 banana, 5-10 strawberries, 10 chocolate chip gluten free, 1/4 coconut milk, 1 tablespoon coconut oil Instructions: Blend banana & strawberries with coconut milk. Pour in glass. Heat up in stove chocolate chips with coconut oil. Pour immediately in glass. Enjoy! So sweet & delish I drank most of it before even taking a pic 😜 Juice: 1 large carrot or 2 medium carrots, 1 pear peeled & cut, 1 peeled & cut sweet potato. Blend: the juice, and 1-2 banana depending on how sweet you want the drink to be. Can you find the jar out of all this oozing goodness?? You'll need two straws for this one! bottom layer: 1 cup spinach 1 1/2 banana 1/4 water 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract top layer: 2 bananas 1/4 cup or handful pineapple chunks 1/2 cup pears 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract OMG 🍌🍌🍌 yum! Pour half in jar. Chop kiwi (or choice of fruit) & banana. Place in jar. Pour the rest of smoothie in jar. Top: Chop kiwi (or fruit of choice) & banana in smaller pieces, then place on top of jar. Melt coconut oil with gluten free Choco chips on stove, then drizzle it on top.✌️ Use blender: 1 cup peach juice (use juicer). 1 1/2 cup peaches 1 cup pineapple chunks 1 medium sized carrot, peeled & chopped 1 tablespoon honey (optional) 1 cup ice (optional) 💚 Green Smoothie: 2 Large Carrots or 4 small carrots 2 cups spinach 1/2" ginger 1 cup pineapple 1 banana 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Use blender.
