Dinner time!
I wish it was still some natural light for a better photo And I wish everyone was at my house right now trying this juicy jar of goodness! Because this is just too delicious to not share!
Gluten/Sugar-Free/Vegan Cookies!! Cookie Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal (I used Bob's Red Mill Natural Almond Meal)
1 cup pitted medjool dates
½ cup natural almond butter (I used Kevala Natural Almond Butter) (or your choice of nut butter)
1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract *USE food processor. If using a blender, blend little by little!
Option 1- Leave in Oven 350 degrees, for 5 min or less. Please watch cookie. They will burn quickly if not!
Option 2- leave in refrige for about 30 min-1 hr.
Smoothie:
I blended 3 bananas with the left over of the cookie mix in the blender. And once the cookies were done in the oven, I topped the smoothie with cut cookies.
